We carry out conversions on all roof types (i.e.) cut, trussed & hipped. We also cater for rear or side Dormer attics and re-building side Gable to maximise the attic space.
We are #1 for Attic Conversions. On our attic conversions we use top quality materials including:
Load bearing steels which give structural support to the roof; Suspended/Independant floor; Kingspan Thermopitch Insulation finished with Warm Board slab (which helps regulate the attic temperature during the summer and winter months); Velux/Keylite/Fakro Top-Hung roof windows (which act as a means of fire escape); Thermostatically Controlled radiators; Solid Wood staircase, handrail & spindles (to match existing handrail); Re-location of water tanks to storage area if required.
We have design ideas for bedrooms, playrooms, bathrooms or home office and cater for your individual plans and ideas.
Our standard attic conversions take approximately 10 working days to complete.
